Why do I receive errors while browsing the site?

There have been reported issues with IE8 or earlier versions due to the latest CSS technology used in our site development. You are therefore advised to use the latest versions of all browsers to avoid any errors / issues.

Simply make your choice from the categories list, new products, most popular products, top sellers or search. Click the product, add to cart and checkout.

What payment options are available?

We use 2checkout payment system which provides options for Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners, JCB, PIN debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo, Debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo, PayPal

What are the requirements for same day or next day delivery?

An order must be received before 10:00 am Pakistan Standard Time for delivery on the same day. Orders for Sundays must be placed on Saturday before 3PM Pakistan Standard Time, otherwise orders will be dispatched on Monday.

What locations are covered?

We deliver anywhere in Pakistan only and receive orders from anywhere in the World. We can also deliver to rural areas or far off villages, however this required more time for every delivery and not all products can be delivered to such locations. Please refer to description of each product for more details.

What is Billing Address and Shipping Address?

Billing address is address of the person placing the order at our website, whereas shipping address is address of the person to whom the order is to be delivered.
